Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are:

• Karachi: 2–4 Business Days

• Major Cities: 3–5 Business Days

• Other Areas: 4–7 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you (where applicable) so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Sayhaa Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or contact information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sayhaastudio@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the package and item.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
