This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through SayhaStudio. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a reliable courier service and keeping the shipment tracking information until your return has been processed.

Size Exchange Policy

If you need a different size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for both the return shipping charges and the delivery charges for sending the replacement item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or used items

  • Washed items

  • Items without original tags

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds will be made through one of the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash

  • EasyPaisa

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
